Use of Site

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. Pricing, availability, and equipment specifications may change without notice. Confirmed quotes will be provided at the time of booking.

Bookings & Reservations

A booking is only confirmed once we acknowledge it directly by phone, text, or email. Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee availability.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your individual rental agreement. A deposit may be required to hold a reservation and to cover any damage, cleaning, or overweight charges.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full deposit refund. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

Liability

Keystone Equipment Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our equipment, except as required by Alberta law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
