1. Renter Eligibility

Renter must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's licence with the appropriate class for the tow vehicle, and provide proof of insurance covering the trailer while in their possession.

2. Tow Vehicle Requirements

2-5/16" ball, properly torqued, rated for the trailer's GVWR.
Functional 7-pin trailer plug and electric brake controller.
Tow vehicle and hitch rated to safely pull a loaded dump trailer.

3. Pricing & Payment

$150 / day, $375 / Fri–Sun, $750 / 7 days for self-haul rentals.
Drop-off, pickup, and hauling are available — call for pricing.
A refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required at pickup.
Payment is due in full at the start of the rental.

4. Use of Equipment

Trailer is to be used only for its intended purpose.
Do not exceed the trailer's GVWR or load capacity.
Loads must be secured and tarped where required by law.
No hazardous materials, liquids, or prohibited waste.

5. Return Condition

Trailer must be returned empty, swept clean, and in the same condition as received. Cleaning fees apply if the trailer is returned dirty or with debris.

6. Damage & Loss

The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the equipment during the rental period, including damage caused by overloading, improper towing, or negligence.

7. Late Returns

Equipment returned after the agreed return time is subject to an additional day's rental rate per day or partial day late.

8. Liability

Renter assumes all risk associated with the use of the equipment. Keystone Equipment Rentals is not liable for damage to the tow vehicle, third parties, or any indirect damages arising from use of the rented equipment.

9. Cancellations

Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours in advance receive a full deposit refund. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
